We want our customers to be 100% satisfied. If you are not satisfied with your Onda Motion online purchase you may return the product within 30 days of the original purchase date. We will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange. Products purchased in retail stores should be returned to the store it was originally purchased from and will be subject to the store return and refund policy.
Returned products to Onda Motion must be clean and in absolutely new and unused condition for refund. Please repack the merchandise carefully in its original box. Include any spare items (instruction manuals, torsion shocks, wrench, etc.) Before you return the purchased merchandise, you need to call our customer service center and obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and customers shipping merchandise back to us will need to prepay the shipping. Customers returning the product not in the original condition or original packaging may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 25% of the total amount of the purchase price.
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If the merchandise and/or package arrives defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us within 3 days of when your package is received. All original packaging must be kept for inspection by Onda Board and/or the shipper.
