Shipping is done by UPS Ground if the destination address is within the United States. International shipping will depend on the destination country and is arranged on a case by case basis.
Our shipping rates within the U.S. are based on the weight/volume of the packages and destination state. The shipping rates appear on your order before it is confirmed by you. For one board the shipping rates are typically:
Within California: $12.00
Outside California: $18.00 – $20.00
International: $45.00 – $190.00 (email us your address for an exact quote)
For accessory orders (wheels, torsion shocks, bearings) the rates are typically:
Within California: $7.00 – $10.00
Outside California: $10.00 – $15.00
International: $20.00 – $75.00 (depending on country)
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied. If you are not satisfied with your Onda Motion online purchase you may return the product within 30 days of the original purchase date. We will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange. Products purchased in retail stores should be returned to the store it was originally purchased from and will be subject to the store return and refund policy.
Returned products to Onda Motion must be clean and in new condition for refund. Please repack the merchandise carefully in its original box. Include any spare items (instruction manuals, torsion shocks, wrench, etc.) Before you return the purchased merchandise, you need to call our customer service center and obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and customers shipping merchandise back to us will need to prepay the shipping. Customers returning the product not in the original condition or original packaging may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 25% of the total amount of the purchase price.
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If the merchandise and/or package arrives defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us within 3 days of when your package is received. All original packaging must be kept for inspection by Onda and/or the shipper.
